Privacy Policy
Launch document: This sample privacy notice must be reviewed and updated for the actual operating entity, mailing provider, contact and jurisdiction before the site collects real subscriber information.
BudgetTravelGoSave is designed to send an optional daily travel-savings email. We do not need to monitor your individual movements or collect your itineraries to run the newsletter.
Information requested
The subscription form asks for an email address, your preferred departure airport or city, types of deals you want, and your consent to receive email. Signed-in members can also save up to three additional departure airports. The operational starter backend records when you subscribe and confirm your email, along with a minimal record of when messages are sent.
Member sign-in and security
Returning subscribers can request a time-limited, single-use sign-in link by email. The starter backend stores hashed sign-in and session tokens, uses a secure HTTP-only cookie on HTTPS sites, and requires a request-verification token to save account changes. We use the chosen departure airports to select relevant deal emails. We do not track your physical location or movement history. On public devices, sign out when finished.
How information is used
We use submitted information to send the travel-savings messages you request, choose relevant departure-airport offers, manage subscriptions and prevent abuse. The starter website does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
Email provider and sharing
When enabled, email is processed by the configured sending provider (the included integration supports Resend). Necessary subscriber details are transmitted to that provider to send confirmation and daily emails. We do not sell subscriber email lists.
Opting out
Every live daily email includes an unsubscribe link. Once you unsubscribe, the starter system changes your status so that it no longer sends you promotional messages. To request deletion or correction, contact Charles@TravelAdHub.com.
Storage and retention
The starter backend keeps subscriber records on the web server's configured persistent disk; production security and retention rules must be set before going live. The site should only operate over HTTPS once deployed.
Changes
We may update this notice as the service launches and adds approved data or email providers. The finalized version should state its effective date.
